Presentation of DTU as host of the Sophia Workshop 2025

The Danish Technical University (DTU) is pleased to host the SOPHIA Workshop 2025, a major international event in the field of solar energy and sustainable technologies. As the leading technical university in Denmark and a pioneer in renewable energy research, DTU provides the ideal setting for this important event. The Sophia Workshop, organized annually by Fraunhofer ISE, brings together experts, researchers and innovators to discuss the latest developments in solar technology, energy efficiency and related topics. In 2025, the workshop will take place in Copenhagen, providing participants with valuable insights into groundbreaking research and practical applicants, as well as networking opportunities with leading industry players. The decision to select DTU as host emphasises the university´s important role in energy research and technology. DTU is known for its outstanding research work and innovative solutions that are internationally recognised.
